With vegan and plant based recipes now increasingly appearing on menus, Essential Cuisine are launching a range of vegan stock mixes, made with the finest ingredients to enhance the flavour of vegan dishes.

The range includes the authentic flavours of beef, chicken, lamb and vegetable, each supplied in an instantly dissolvable, powdered format that can be added at any stage of the cooking process, offering quality and consistency, whilst giving chefs the opportunity to get creative in the kitchen.

As well as being suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, the range is also 100% gluten free and has been accredited by the Halal Food Authority (HFA) to give caterers complete peace of mind.
