Over the past 6 weeks we have immersed ourselves in foreign culture and cuisine with our brand new range of authentic, street food inspired seasonings. This week we are focusing on our Spicy Persian Style Seasoning and Middle Eastern recipe inspiration, as Persian food has been deemed ‘the next food trend to take the UK by storm’.
Persian food is the "new Indian", says Plymouth restaurateur, Edmond Davari. He suggests that these dishes are a particular hit in the growing vegan market, with many of them being plant-based, such as non-meat falafels.
