30g Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef Fragrant Thai Style Seasoning
30 Essential Cuisine Asian Aromatic Base
2 limes (zest & juice)
100g Essential Cuisine Kitchen Ready Extra Reduced Cooked Onion
30g Honey
10ml Oil
85g Solions pickled onions
200g Mushroom pate
20g Spring onions
10g Pickled carrot & cucumber
50g Picked herbs- Coriander & basil
150ml Rich sauces Alfees Sriracha Hot Sauce or Rich Sauces Alfees Thick and Creamy Mayonnaise
1. Marinate the chicken thigh in the Street Food Chef Fragrant Thai Style Seasoning, Asian Aromatic Base and oil. This can be done the day before.
2. Pre heat a large nonstick pan. Place the chicken thighs in the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Once the thigh is cooked and has a crispy skin on. Add the Kitchen Ready Extra Reduced Cooked Onion, honey, lime zest and lime juice. Reduce the heat and cook until the chicken becomes sticky.
3. Build the baguette with the Alfees Sriracha Hot Sauce, mushroom pate at the bottom, pickled vegetables, pickled onions, and herbs. Place the chicken on top and drizzle the Alfees Thick and Creamy Mayonnaise on finish with the top half of the baguette.
