

1 Pre-made Dough Ball
200g Minced lamb or beef
5g Chopped parsley
10g Tomato puree
5g Diced fresh garlic
1ltr Zafron Foods Absolutely Saucesome Yoghurt & Mint Dressing
20g Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef Zesty Chermoula Style Seasoning
30g Essential Cuisine Kitchen Ready Extra Reduced Cooked Onion
10g Pickled onions
20g Spring onions
20g Rough chopped vine cherry tomatoes
5g Picked Parsley
5g Sumac
1 lemon (juice and zest)
10ml Olive oil
1. Pre heat the pizza oven to 350-400 degrees or oven at 200 degrees.
2. Mix all the salad ingredients together, add a little of the pickled onion juice and place in the fridge until needed.
3. Place the mince into the bowl and mix with the Street Food Chef Zesty Chermoula Seasoning, tomato puree, garlic, chopped parsley & Kitchen Ready Extra Reduced Cooked Onions.
4. Roll the pizza dough out. This can be a circle or as a flatbread. Once rolled at the flavoured raw mince onto and gentle coat with a thin layer. And place in the oven/pizza oven.
5. Remove from the oven/pizza once the pizza is crispy and golden. Top with the sumac onions and drizzled Absolutely Saucesome Yoghurt & Mint Dressing.
