400g tin coconut cream
Zest and juice of two limes
200g Zafron Foods Mango Chutney
20g Essential Cuisine Indian Inspired Keralan Style Seasoning
5g Nigella seeds
1. Bring the lime juice and zest, Indian Inspired Keralan Style Seasoning, Mango Chutney and coconut milk up to a simmer
2. Reduce a little and blend with a stick blender
3. Once smooth add the Nigella seeds
4. Decant into a squeezy bottle to serve
