500g Mango, Peeled And Diced
200g Pomegranate
50g Coriander
1. Marinade the Naked Tofoo in the Street Food Chef Jamaican Jerk Style Seasoning for 20 minutes.
2. Skewer 2 pieces on a small stick and bake for 15 minutes 175C.
3. Mix the mango with the pomegranate and coriander.
4. Spoon a small amount of the mango mix on a plate. Top with the baked Tofoo
