

1kg Chicken Breast
60g Street Food Chef Jamaican Jerk Style Seasoning
300g Streaky Bacon
2kg Pizza Dough
400g Spinach
300g Zafron Foods Absolutely Saucesome Salsa
200ml Hot Honey
1. Marinade the chicken in the Street Food Chef Jamaican Jerk Style Seasoning for 1 hour.
2. Roll out the pizza dough to 5mm thickness. Cut out 10 discs about 10cm diameter. Pan fry on a medium heat until golden.
3. Slice the chicken to 5-10mm thickness. Griddle on a high heat until cooked.
4. Cut the bacon in half, then griddle the bacon until crispy.
5. Wilt the spinach in a little butter.
6. Assemble the BLT by placing a little Zafron Foods Absolutely Saucesome Salsa on the bottom of the pizzette. Add a little spinach, then 2 slices of chicken. Top with 2 slices of the crispy bacon.
7. Drizzle with the hot honey the the Rich Sauces Garlic Mayonnaise.
