

2kg Boneless Chicken Thighs
100g Street Food Chef Jamaican Jerk Style Seasoning
150ml Hot Honey
200g Diced Pineapple
20g Diced Chili
10 Brioche Slider Buns
100g Sliced Gherkins
100g Thinly Sliced Tomato
100g Pickled Cabbage
200ml Rich Sauces Burger Sauce
100g Pea Shoots
1. Marinade the chicken thighs in the Street Food Chef Jamaican Jerk Style Seasoning for 1 hour. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes then drizzle with the hot honey. Bake for a further 5 minutes until cooked and caramalised.
2. Mix the diced pineapple with the chili.
3. Warm the slider buns. Add a little pickled cabbage, sliced gherkin and sliced tomato to the base. Top with the chicken thigh, then a little diced pineapple.
4. Drizzle with the burger sauce and add the pea shoots.
5. Finish with the slider top and skewer.
6. Serve with your choice of sides
