x10 Hot dog buns (Brioche preferred)
x3 Sliced Jalepeno’s
150g crispy onions
30g Bunch chopped coriander
120g Pickled Onions
120ml Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef Smoky El Diablo Inspired Sauce
1.5kg Frozen waffle fries
120ml Essential Cuisine Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce
1. Cook hot dogs on a griddle pan or BBQ until fully heated and coloured. Cook the waffle fries in a 180c fryer until cooked and golden brown and season to taste.
2. Heat up the Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce until piping hot.
3. Build hot dog by placing the hot dog in the hot dog bun, top with sliced jalapeno, Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce, Street Food Chef Smoky El Diablo Inspired Sauce, crispy onions, pickled red onions and chopped coriander.
4. Place waffle fries in same service tray and serve.
Chefs Tip: use Rich Sauces Jalapeño Pickle Relish as waffle fry topping option or dipping condiment.
