

800g /4 Bags of Tortilla chips/Nachos
1ltr Essential Cuisine Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce
300g Essential Cuisine Kitchen Ready Caramelised Red Onions
250g Grated cheddar cheese
500g Mixed charcuterie meats
200g Blue Cheese
200g Brie
150g Caper berries
150g Sweet red drop peppers
200g Small cornichon pickles
150g Green or black pitted olives
10 fresh figs
1. Divide the nachos between 10 serving bowls or plates. Top with the grated cheese and Kitchen Ready Caramelised Red Onions, reserving some for the top. Place into a preheated oven (180c) for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese has started to melt.
2. Heat the Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce and spoon 1/3 over the nachos.
3. Allow to cool slightly and then top with the charcuterie meats evenly. The residual heat will help to soften the meats.
4. Crumble and break up the cheeses and divide equally between the bowls.
5. Add the capers, peppers, cornichons, and olives. Rip each fig into pieces and divide equally between bowls.
6. Top with the remaining Kitchen Ready Caramelised Red Onions and serve with the remaining Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce for dipping.
