

1kg Fire roasted peppers, julienned
4 Cloves garlic, mashed
3 Red chillies, finely chopped
30g Essential Cuisine Asian Korean Style Base
500g Sugar
250ml Water
250ml Rice wine vinegar
25g Cornflour
To Serve:
Rich Sauces Sweet Chilli Sauce
1. In a pan place the chillies, garlic, Asian Korean Style Base, sugar, water and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornflour with a little water and add to the pan, whisking continuously. Simmer for 1 minute and remove from the heat.
2. Deep fry the Tofoo Crispy Panko Bites until cooked through. Pile in a bowl and top with the julienne peppers.
3. Drizzle with the Rich Sauces Sweet Chilli Sauce and serve the rest on the side.
