

30 Chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats

Olive oil for coating

30g Black onion seeds (for sprinkling)
Fresh coriander leaves (optional)
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6.
2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with a light drizzle of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and coat generously with Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef Dark Mexican Style Seasoning.
3. Massage the seasoning into the wings to ensure an even coating.
4. Spread the wings on a lined baking tray and roast for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
5. Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large mixing bowl.
