10 brisket, spicy jalapeño & cheddar sausages
10 brioche hot dog rolls
150g crispy fried onions
Fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

1. Preheat your grill or griddle to a medium-high heat. Lightly brush the sausages with olive oil and season with a touch of salt and pepper. Cook the sausages for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a beautifully caramelised, golden-brown exterior.
