1kg brussel sprouts
20g chopped garlic
40g chopped ginger
15g chopped chilli
75ml olive oil
10g salt
4g ground black pepper
1. Wash, trim and half the sprouts. Place in an oven proof dish
2. Mix in the olive oil, chilli, ginger, garlic, salt, black pepper and Essential Cuisine Pork Glace
3. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender
4. Remove from the oven and serve as required
Use some bacon, chestnuts and thyme for a more festive flavour!
