

800g Gluten free oats
300ml Pre-made Essential Cuisine Crème Anglaise
2ltr Semi skimmed milk
4 whole bananas
20g Essential Cuisine Asian Miso Base
200ml Water
10 Whole dates
100ml honey
1. Put the oats in a saucepan with the milk and 200ml water. Cook over a low-medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until rich and creamy.
2. Add the pre-made Essential Cuisine Crème Anglaise and Essential Cuisine Asian Miso Base and heat for 2 minutes.
3. Chop the dates and banana and fold into the porridge.
4. Serve topped with honey and fruit if needed.
Chefs Tip: This recipe can also be used for overnight oats. Just remove from the chill. Add a splash of milk the next day and serve.
