400ml coconut milk
32g Street Food Chef Satay Style Seasoning
15g cornflour – mixed with a little water
1. Place the Street Food Chef Satay Style Seasoning and coconut milk into a medium sized pan.
2. Bring the Satay mixture to the boil, then simmer for five minutes.
3. Then mix in the cornflour and cook out for a further 5 minutes.
4. Your sweet and spicy satay sauce is ready. Use to marinate meat, protein alternatives or simply use as a dipping sauce!
