

1kg Pre-cooked cooked roast potatoes
500g Pre-Cooked Pulled turkey
100g Premade stuffing mix
50g Cranberry sauce
25g Crispy onions
500ml Premade No1 Essential Cuisine Chicken Gravy Mix
30 Pre-cooked pigs in blankets
1. Place the pulled turkey, cranberry sauce, and No1 Chicken Gravy Mix in a pan and gently heat over a low to medium heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot and the gravy is smooth and glossy. Whilst the turkey is heating up, place the stuffing in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan 180°C), until golden and crispy. Once crispy, crumble the stuffing and mix in the crispy onions.
2. Place the pigs in blankets and roast potatoes in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan 180°C), and cook until piping hot, golden, and crispy on the edges.
3. Once the turkey and gravy are hot, add the pigs in blankets to the pan.
4. Build the dish by pouring the turkey mix over the roast potatoes and topping with the stuffing crumb.
