

x10 Large Bratwursts
x10 Large Pretzel sub-rolls
200g Pre-made sage & onion stuffing
30g Crispy onions
100ml Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef Carolina Mustard style BBQ
50g Pickled red cabbage
1. Char-grill the bratwurst on a low heat. And cook until a core temperature of plus 75ºC is reached.
2. Whilst the bratwursts are cooking, break up the pre-made stuffing and bake in a pre-heated oven of 180ºC for 5 minutes. Once the stuffing is crispy, break it up more until a breadcrumb texture is formed. Once crumbled add the crispy onions and keep warm.
3. Build the bratwurst by cutting open the roll and placing the bratwurst first, top with the pickled cabbage, hot stuffing crumb and drizzle over the Street Food Chef Carolina Mustard Style BBQ.
4. Serve
Chefs Tip: Swap out the bread roll for fries and do a loaded Christmas fries by slicing down the bratwurst.
