20g garlic and ginger paste
30g Essential Cuisine Keralan Style Seasoning
5g sugar
100g coconut milk
10g lime juice
500g cooked protein
1. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and ginger paste until aromatic.
2. Add the EC Keralan Style Seasoning and sugar. Fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the Curry Onion Sauce, coconut milk and lime juice. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add protein if required (make sure it is fully heated through).
