1 sachet of Essential Cuisine Creme Anglaise Mix
1. Prepare the fruit as desired
2. To make the ice cream, bring 1800ml of full fat milk to the boil. Combine one Essential Cuisine Creme Anglaise sachet with 200ml of full fat milk and mix to form a slurry
3. Add the mixture to the pan and whisk until cooked
4. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and transfer to the freezer until ready to use
5. Serve the ice cream alongside the fruit platter
