5 chicken breasts

40g Street Food Chef Zesty Chermoula Style Seasoning 

500g plain flour

3 eggs

500g breadcrumbs

10 slices burger cheese

10 brioche burger buns, halved and toasted

10 hash browns, cooked

1 head cos, split into individual leaves

2 beef tomatoes, sliced

400ml Essential Cuisine Signature Chicken Stock Reduction

600ml water

75g Essential Cuisine Chicken Gravy Mix

2g Cajun seasoning

0.4g Italian seasoning

Lemon juice, to taste


  1. Mix the flour with the Street Food Chef Zesty Chermoula Style Seasoning.

  2. Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthways. Pane through the seasoned flour, egg and the breadcrumbs. Deep fry until cooked through

  3. Mix the Essential Cuisine Chicken Gravy Mix with the Essential Cuisine Signature Chicken Stock Reduction, the water and the Italian and Cajun seasonings. Bring to the boil, whisking continuously and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice to taste and set aside.

  4. Place a lettuce leaf, slice of tomato and the chicken on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Add the cheese and hash brown. Pour the gravy over and top with the burger bun. Serve extra on the side

  5. Serve with your favourite ketchups and pickles
