- Pre-heat a fryer to 180°c
- Peel and finely slice the onions, roughly chop the tomatoes and de-seed and finely slice the chilli
- Put everything in a pan, season to taste and stir everything to combine. Simmer for 30 - 40 minutes or until a jam like consistency is formed
- Cook the ravioli until crisp or until they float to the surface of the fryer
- Divide the ravioli between the starter plates with a small bowl of chutney to serve
