1.25kg salmon – scaled & pin boned
Marinade
150ml olive oil
20ml lime juice
150ml orange juice
35g garlic – peeled
50g spring onion – trimmed & chopped
10g cumin
60g Street Food Chef Chermoula seasoning
1. Preheat a BBQ
2. In a blender, combine the oil, juices, garlic, spring onion, cumin, Street Food Chef Chermoula Seasoning. Blitz & pour over the salmon, leave to marinade for 10 minutes.
3. Place the salmon on the BBQ & cook for 4 minutes on each side, brushing the fish with the marinade as you go. Remove from the heat & rest for 2 minutes. Serve.
