

20 Thick slices of sourdough
20 Slices of roasted ham
10 Egg
40g Essential Cuisine Indian Inspired Rogan Josh Seasoning
25ml Oil
40g Chopped parsley
100g Butter
1. Butter 20 slices of sour dough.
2. With the butter on the outside, build the sandwich with ham, Classic Béchamel Sauce Mix and the Wild Mushroom Glace. Place it in a hot pan and toast.
3. Whilst the toastie is cooking. Fry off an egg with the Indian Inspired Rogan Josh Seasoning on top and chopped parsley.
4. Serve the toasties with the fried egg on top.
Chefs Tip: Swap out the Wild Mushroom Glace for Lobster Glace for a twist on a lobster toastie. Also serve with Street Food Chef Carolina Mustard Style BBQ.
