3 racks baby ribs
1 ltr cola
1 ltr water
100ml apple juice
10g wholegrain mustard
2 tbsp gluten free Worcestershire sauce
30g soft brown sugar
1 tbsp chilli flakes
2. Mix the remaining ingredients and simmer gently until reduced by about half.
3. When the ribs are cooked, remove from the stock and brush with the reduced marinade. Leave for 2-3 hours, keeping a little marinade separate for brushing on later.
4. Cook over a medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure the marinade does not burn. Brush with the remaining marinade for the last 2-3 minutes. The ribs are now ready to serve.
