

x10 Premade Rotis
x15 Onion Bhajis (Or waste bhajis)
50g White onion
20g Chives
100g Diced tomato
50g Spinach
20 Cracked eggs
40g Butter
20g Essential Cuisine Indian Inspired Tikka Seasoning
200ml Essential Cuisine Steet Food Chef Bombay BBQ Inspired Sauce
1. Make the Bombay salsa by mixing the diced tomato, onion, chives & Street Food Chef Bombay BBQ Inspired Sauce.
2. Re-heat the bhajis in a pre-heated oven of 160° for 5 minutes. Whilst the bhajis are heating up make the tikka scrambled egg by placing the butter in a pre-heated pan and add the cracked eggs and Indian Inspired Tikka Seasoning. Slowly mix once the scrambled egg is formed, add the spinach and cook for a further 1 minute.
3. Pan fry the pre-made roti.
4. Build the roti with the onion bhaji first. This can be hand torn into pieces. Then add the scrambled egg and topped with the Bombay salsa. Roll or serve open.
Chefs tip: Add optional crispy bacon or sausage. Swap out the roti for a naan bread and serve as a breakfast naan with spiced bacon.
