- Preheat a grill to maximum.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lamb, chilli flakes, paprika, salt and Essential Cuisine Spicy Persian Style Seasoning. Using your hands, mix well until you have a sticky mixture.
- Divide the mixture into 10 balls.
- Wet your hands and roll each ball molding around the skewers and forming a flattened kebab.
- Cook the kebabs under the grill for 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with bread, rice, salad and sauce of your choice.
