Top tips

  • For a chicken cream sauce simply sweat some shallots in a little butter, add and reduce white wine, add our chicken stock and finish with double cream, season and garnish.
  • When used as it is, this Reduced Chicken Stock can be added directly into sauces and jus such as Chicken and Tarragon Cream Sauce.
  • Ideal at this concentration for risottos, soups, casseroles and stews.
  • Opened cartons must be refrigerated for up to 3 days storage.
