Ingredients

Reduced Vegetable Stock [Water, Onion, White Wine Vinegar, Parsley, Tarragon, Thyme, White Pepper, Bay Leaf], Rapeseed Oil, Clarified Butter (from Milk) (17%), Egg Yolk Powder, Water, Modified Tapioca Starch, Lemon Puree, Salt, White Wine, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Colour (Beta-carotene).
