Chef'sTips

Add Beef Glace to a sticky beef and vegetable stir fry, just before serving.
Enrich pie fillings, casseroles and braises with a spoonful of Beef Glace.
Brush onto roast beef, mixed with a little oil to create a meaty shine on serving.
Mix with No1 Savoury Gravy for a gluten free roast beef gravy.
Use as a drizzle at room temperature for dressing plates and dishes.
Finish jus or gravy with glace to enrich, change or add flavour.
