Classic Veal Demi-Glace Mix

Veal Demi-Glace mix been made with the finest ingredients. Thickened slightly for your convenience, it is easy to use and produces an excellent cooking, braising and sauce base.

Veal Stock (Water, Veal, Carrot Juice, Onion, Tomato, Herb, Herb Extract), Beef Stock (Water, Beef Stock), Modified Tapioca Starch, Salt, Glucose Syrup, Tapioca Flour, Rice Flour, Yeast Extracts, Maltodextrin, Flavourings, Sugar, Colour (Caramel), Rapeseed Oil.

When making stews, casseroles and braises, make the demi-glace mix into a slurry with cold water first, then stir this into the hot meat juices and bring to the boil.
For a less beefy taste, try a 50/50 blend of Veal Demi-Glace and Beef Demi-Glace – simply combine the mixes and cook up together. Similarly you could blend it with our Premier Chicken Jus or Premier Lamb Jus.
For a great non-specific savoury base, try a 50/50 blend of Classic Veal Demi-Glace and Classic Chicken Demi-Glace.
