Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken Bone Stock, Chicken Fat), Pork Stock (Water, Pork Bone Stock), Beef Stock (Water, Beef Bone Stock), Hoi Sin (Sugar, Red Miso (Soybeans, Rice, Salt, Water, Yeast,) Tamari Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol), Tomato Puree, Water, Rice Vinegar, Star Anise, Liquorice, Garlic Puree, Chilli Powder), Salt, Water, Flavourings (contain Egg), Yeast Extract, Ginger Puree, Modified Tapioca Starch, Garlic Powder.

Mix together Dark Soy Sauce, Thai Chilli Sauce, Aromatic Stock and Master Stock. Marinate pork for 24 hours, then cook for 2-3 hours. Finish with a splash of sesame oil, coriander and toasted sesame seeds.
