Nice one Cyril! Carden Park Chef Takes North West Young Chef Crown

A promising senior sous chef from Cheshire’s luxury Carden Park Hotel has scooped the title of North West Young Chef for 2018 in a tense six-way cook off, held yesterday at Cheshire College – South and West. Cyril Gabriel, 23, cooked his way to glory, seeing off tough competition including chefs from Northcote and the Punchbowl at Crosthwaite.
