In early June, Solina Group announced the acquisition of Zafron Foods. London based Zafron Foods is a second-generation family business specialising in the manufacture of high-quality mayonnaise, sauces, condiments, dressings, chutneys and deli fillers.
Over the last 2 days, it has been a pleasure to host key members of the Zafron team at Essential Cuisine. Learning more about each other’s products, capabilities and customers has been motivational and will lead to some great opportunities for both businesses.
Of course, all discussions were centred around food and one session involved the fusion of both Essential Cuisine and Zafron Foods products. The Essential Cuisine chefs produced an inspiring array of dishes, that really showed the versatility of both company’s ranges.
