Chef, did you know on average a Brit spends £30,331 in a lifetime on curry? The Tikka Masala was officially named one of the nations favourite dishes in 2008 and hasn’t dropped off the top 10 list since.*
With a wide variety available from jalfrezi to the fiery vindaloo, it may come as a surprise but, according to research carried out by Just Eat, not only is korma the most ordered Indian dish on the site, it came out top of a separate poll of the UK’s favourite curry, closely followed by tikka masala.
With all of this in mind it is only fitting that we celebrate National Curry Week (4th – 10th October). Our team of chefs have gathered their favourite selection of curries from our recipe bank to help you celebrate the occasion.
