With so much to think about in a busy kitchen, chefs can often find themselves crying out for some basic essentials to ease the pressure, without compromising on quality. We’re here to help save you numerous hours of having to make sauces from scratch, meaning your team can put their focus into the final dish. We’re so proud of our range of stocks and sauce bases, with each product offering exceptional taste, quality, value and convenience. We've listed just some of the reasons why you might like to test our range against your kitchen-made equivalent.

Our passion, your creation
Our range of stocks and sauces can be used in a variety of ways to achieve the flavours a modern chef requires. Our Signature range can be used as a natural, fresh stock replacement, saving money on gas to cook; staff to make and pass, and valuable time on waiting for the stock to brew and reduce - potentially saving days of work a chef doesn’t have. This range works great as a ready-to-use liquid stock for both traditional and modern sauces.
Our range of powdered Stock Mixes are so much more than just that. Use to pane, to dust over ingredients before cooking, or as a well-balanced stock for an added depth of flavour.
Our Premier Jus range provides a simple way to achieve a five star jus, every time. Use on its own or as the base of many classic sauces. By combining with our Glace or Asian range, the flavour possibilities are endless. Both the Glace and Asian range can alternatively be used on their own to make deeply flavoured stocks, or to add delicious flavour hits to both raw and cooked ingredients.

Meeting salt targets
When taking the yield into account, our products have a competitive price per litre. Products such as our Cheese Stock Mix can replace up to 75% of cheese in a cheese sauce, whilst our Sauce Collection requires 25% less cream versus a scratch made equivalent, meaning huge savings on dairy. Many of our products have a 9-12 month shelf life, are Bain Marie / freeze-thaw stable once made up, helping you keep control of costs.
