As we shared in March 2021, the trend of ordering snacks and coffee to family homes in London rose by 95% in 2020 versus 2019, according to research by insights firm The NPD Group. The demand for snacking is continuing to be fulfilled by foodservice operators and delivery platforms such as UberEats and Deliveroo.
