Lamb Stock
This lamb stock mix has been expertly created to give you the taste and flavour of a traditional stock.
Light brown and almost clear, this stock is a must for all lamb dishes. With its robust mutton taste and body it is perfect for Irish stews, casseroles and gravies. With a hint of rosemary and an authentic aroma, it works well on its own or as an addition to your stockpot.
Ingredients when reconstituted:
Lamb Stock (Water, Lamb, Onion, Carrot Extract, Tomato, Celery Extract), Beef Stock (Water, Beef Extract), Salt, Glucose Syrup, Yeast Extracts, Flavourings (contain Soya), Vegetable Oil, Colour (Plain Caramel), Sugar, Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Herb Extract.
