A smoky ham stock with notes of juicy pork!
It is a must when making pasta carbonara. The earthy, sweet, smoky taste of a Black Forest Ham is also perfect for pea and ham soup. Why not use in a creamy white sauce, along with a touch of English mustard, it will hit the spot every time.
