Cheese Stock Base Mix
A strong and powerful cheddar cheese stock which can replace up to 75 per cent of cheese in a cheese sauce. Ideal for cheesy mash, classic cheese sauce, bread and batter mixes and risottos, it can also be added to flour dusting mixes for goujons and is delicious in vegetarian dishes.
