Premier Veal Jus
This concentrated veal jus has been made with the finest ingredients to guarantee a perfect veal jus every time. Once made up, this convenient and versatile jus can be used as the perfect base for your reductions and sauce making. It is slightly thickened to suit today’s style of cooking, but if required can be further thickened as you would any sauce. A ‘genuine alternative’ to kitchen-made or bought in jus.

Ingredients when reconstituted:
Veal Stock (Water, Veal Stock, Tomato, Carrot, Onion, Mushroom, Garlic, Herb and Spice Extracts), Beef Stock (Water, Beef Stock), Modified Tapioca Starch, Yeast Extracts, Glucose, Flavourings,  Maltodextrin, Salt, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Emulsifier (Mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids).
