Premier Lamb Jus
This concentrated Premier Lamb Jus has been made with the finest ingredients to guarantee the perfect lamb jus every time. Once made up, this rich, smooth and meaty jus is the perfect base for all your sauces and reductions. It is only slightly thickened to suit todays style of cooking, but if required can be further thickened as you would any sauce. A ‘genuine alternative’ to kitchen-made or bought in jus.

Ingredients when reconstituted:
Lamb Stock (Water, Lamb Stock, Tomato, Carrot, Onion, Mushroom, Garlic, Leek, Celery), Beef Stock (Water, Beef Stock), Veal Stock (Water Veal Stock), Modified Tapioca Starch, Yeast Extracts, Glucose, Salt, Flavourings, Maltodextrin, Herb and Spice Extracts, Milk Protein, Emulsifier (Mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids), Vitamin E.

Premier Jus

Make up:
When making your jus whisk the concentrated base into warm to hot water (not boiling) and it will dissolve very easily.

Extending your own Jus:
Many of our chefs use our jus to extend their own jus; just make your jus and double the quantity with our pre-made jus
