Premier Chicken Jus
This concentrated chicken jus has been made with the finest ingredients to guarantee a perfect chicken jus every time. Once made up, this light and tasty jus can be used as the perfect base for your reductions and sauce making. It is only slightly thickened to suit today’s style of cooking, but if required can be further thickened as you would any sauce. A genuine alternative to kitchen-made or bought in jus.

February 2011 - The Chicken Jus recipe has been refined to improve the clarity of the jus once made up.

Ingredients when reconstituted:
Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken Stock), Modified Tapioca Starch, Maltodextrin, Glucose, Yeast Extract, Salt, Colour (Plain Caramel), Flavouring.
