Beef Glace
This authentic beef reduction will save you time, allowing you to concentrate on creating the final dish. Use just as you would any reduced stock; it has an excellent taste profile and is free from artificial preservatives and colours. Spoon the glace directly into your sauce bases, reductions, meat juices or stews. Use it as a glace, thicken it to make a jus or make a perfect nage. Why not use it as a warm drizzle, or mix with olive oils to create an interesting dressing. Once opened the jar should be kept in the refrigerator.

Ingredients when reconstituted:
Beef Stock (Water, Beef Stock), Glucose, Yeast Extracts, Salt,  Flavouring, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Emulsifier (Mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids).

Beef Horseradish and Beetroot Drizzle

Essential Cuisine Beef Glace 50g
Creamed Horseradish 25g
Light Olive Oil 150ml
Pickled Beetroot Juice 50ml
Balsamic Vinegar 75ml
Salt & Pepper to Taste

METHOD:

Blend all ingredients together thoroughly and season to taste. Pour into Essential Cuisine drizzle bottle. This is an exceptionally easy drizzle to make. Delicate hues of beetroot hide the power of the horseradish to lift your beef salads, or simply use as a new house dressing. Perfect to add a zing to your warm salads.
