This is our alternative to the Chef Jus de Veau product (our Premier Veal Jus is a very different product).
For a more refined sauce base why not try mixing our Classic Veal Demi-Glace with our
Premier Veal Jus (make up both products independently and then you blend in the appropriate proportions for you).
Similarly you could blend it with our
Premier Chicken Jus or
Premier Lamb Jus.
For a great non-specific savoury base, try a 50/50 blend of Classic Veal Demi-Glace and
Classis Chicken Demi-Glace – simply combine the mixes and cook up together.
