Lobster Bisque
This lobster bisque has been made with the finest ingredients to guarantee the perfect lobster bisque. Simply add to milk and water to make up; why not finish it with cognac and thick cream, or garnish with a shake of paprika and a twist of lemon.
Ingredients when reconstituted:
Lobster Stock (Water, Tomato, Lobster (Shellfish) Stock, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Celeriac, Leek), Fish Stock (Water, Fish Stock, Fish), Mussel Stock (Water, Mussel Stock), Shrimp Stock (Water, Shrimp (Shellfish)), Wheat Flour, Modified Tapioca Starch, Salt, Yeast Extracts, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Vegetable Oil, Lactose (from Milk), Spice Extract, Milk Protein, Citric Acid, Flavouring, Herbs and Spices.
