This Classic Chicken demi-glace Mix has been made from the finest ingredients to produce an excellent base for all your light sauces, braises, stews and gravies.
Ingredients when reconstituted:
Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken Fat, Onion, Chicken Stock, Celery Extract, Carrot Extract, Chicken, Tomato, Leek, Herbs, Spices, Garlic), Modified Tapioca Starch, Wheat Flour, Flavourings (contain Egg, Soya), Salt, Yeast Extracts, Sugar, Colour (Plain Caramel), Maltodextrin, Vegetable Oil, Herb Extracts.

 Classic Chicken Demi-glace works well as a 50/50 blend with Classic Thickened Veal Stock to produce a good non-specific savoury sauce base.
For a more refined sauce base why not try mixing our chicken demi-glace with our Premier Chicken Jus (make up both products independently and then you blend in the appropriate proportions for you).
