Beef Demi-Glace mix
This Classic Beef Demi-Glace Mix has been made from the finest ingredients to produce an excellent base for all brown sauces, braises, stews and gravies.  With a rich, meatier tasting recipe it is perfect for banqueting.

Ingredients when reconstituted:

Beef Stock (Water, Beef Extract, Beef Fat, Beef Stock, Onion, Carrot Extract, Celery Extract, Tomato, Herbs, Spices, Garlic), Modified Tapioca Starch, Wheat Flour, Salt, Colour (Plain Caramel), Yeast Extracts, Maltodextrin, Flavourings (contain Egg), Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Glucose Syrup.

Useful Tip
For a more refined sauce base why not try mixing our beef demi-glace with our Premier Veal Jus (make up both products independently and then you blend in the appropriate proportions for you).

For a less beefy taste, try a 50/50 blend of Beef Demi-Glace and Veal Demi-Glace – simply combine the mixes and cook up together.
