IT’S ESSENTIAL TO VISIT
A 20-year anniversary is traditionally marked with china…
To celebrate the Restaurant Show’s two-decade relationship with the trade, Essential Cuisine is offering caterers the chance to win a set of 20 Steelite International Spyro place settings worth more than £600.
The stunning set, comprising of 11" main plates, 9" fish/dessert plates, 6 1/2" side plates, 8oz cups with saucers, soup/pasta bowls and soup bowls, will be up for grabs at the show between October 6-8 at Earl’s Court, London.
As much as a gravy, jus or sauce is essential for the aesthetics of a dish, the plate itself is a vital ingredient for a superb overall experience – and Essential believes chefs care as much about great presentation as the company does about its products.
Essential will also be highlighting the quality and versatility of its range by preparing a range of dishes fit for the season, including traditional soups (Chicken Consommé through to Lobster Bisque) and variations of the Great British Banger ready for the 11th British Sausage Week (Oct 27-Nov 9).
Apologies for gate crashing the beautiful banger, but the fact of the matter is, while there are more than 470 flavours of sausage in Britain, the gravy’s essential!!!
You will be hard pressed to find gravy that is more deliciously homemade tasting for a piping hot sausage and mash than Essential’s very own No1 Beef Gravy.
At stand K48, Essential will be preparing a selection of sausage dishes to raise awareness of the event for which they are also pledging £1 to the Week’s charity, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust - for every tub of No1 Beef Gravy sold in the week running up to the celebration and the week of the mighty banger itself.
To discover more about the best-tasting stocks, sauces and gravies available to the foodservice industry with your chance to win this stunning set of embossed Award Winning Spyro tableware, visit Essential Cuisine at stand K48.
