HANS BUESCHKENS JUNIOR CHEF CHALLENGE.

Aaron DarnleyBCF Young Chef member, Aaron Darnley from Edmund’s restaurant, Birmingham, will be representing the British Culinary Federation and England in the Hans Bueschkens Challenge being held during the WACS Congress in Santiago, Chile, 24 – 28 January 2010. Sponsored by Essential Cuisine, the BCF, Fairfax Meadow and supported by University College Birmingham, Aaron will be cooking a three-course meal for eight covers from a mystery basket of ingredients.
